By train

Urmston railway station (URM) is on Flixton Road and is the easiest landmark for finding the centre. The station sits on the Liverpool - Warrington Central - Manchester corridor, with services towards Manchester Oxford Road and Liverpool Lime Street, as well as other services on the route.

·       On leaving the station, head onto Flixton Road; the therapy centre is very close by.

·       The station has 64 car-parking spaces.

·       There is step-free access to both directions, although the routes to the platforms differ and there are no lifts.

By bus

Urmston town centre is well served by Bee Network buses. Services in and around the town centre include routes 15, 23, 245 and 255, linking Urmston with destinations including Manchester, Stretford, Trafford Centre, Altrincham, Stockport, Flixton and Partington. Stops are located around Flixton Road, Crofts Bank Road and the town centre.

By car

Urmston is close to the M60 and the centre is easily reached from the surrounding Trafford and Greater Manchester area. When approaching Urmston, follow signs for Urmston town centre / Urmston railway station and then Flixton Road.
